Mary A. Secker, president of Secker Enterprises, LLC, is a leadership consultant, master facilitator and executive speaking coach. She has managed a successful consulting business for more than 25 years and has conducted training seminars and workshops worldwide.

During that time, Mary has played a key role in developing and facilitating state-of-the-art training programs and executive coaching for Dell Inc., Motorola University, Ford Motor Company and Atkins North America. While working with Motorola, she was recognized with their ‘Instructor of the Year’ award.

She has also provided her talents as a training and coaching consultant to many other esteemed corporations and organizations including; Boston Scientific, Baxter Healthcare, McDonald’s Corp., Borg Warner, Mercury Marine, Textron Industries, CDW, the state of Hawaii, and many others.

Possessing a graduate degree in Management and Human Resource Development, Mary has expanded her proficiency to concentrate on industry concerns. In addition, she is well experienced in the Quality arena, specifically, with basic SPC skills; including cause & effect diagrams, process flowcharts, pareto diagrams, task analyses, FMEAs and GANTT. These are tools that she uses when facilitating her problem solving, decision making, problem prevention and process improvement workshops.

In addition, Mary provides in-depth executive coaching, providing public speaking skills for corporations engaged in multi-million dollar strategic pursuit presentations. During the last 10 years, Mary has been extensively engaged in this arena.

Another area of expertise is her ability as a master facilitator for numerous programs, including facilitator certification programs. She has been certifying instructors for dozens of major corporations for more than 20 years.
